Only the inner city of Houston (liberal democrats) is allowed to vote while the suburban (conservative republicans) are not allowed to vote. Regardless of the fact that they are in the city limits and have to abide by Houston law. They are not allowed to vote because their areas are not officially annexed. Nice huh. Gratz Mayor. Glad I live 1 minute outside the city limit.
