It wouldn't be a bad quest, but there is literally no way around getting a bounty. At all. You have to kill them all then run for your life once you get outside.

whoever said his constant health is from his helmet/shield or any enchant is wrong

its the health regeneration cheat( black, white,black, black ,black, press and hold a+b) it deactivates once u leave the skills and stats screen( like where ur name, info, skills etc..) so when he changed the screen to the inventory, it deactivated and he started to take damage again.....

Seems that way, but you can totally put like "heal 5hp (i think, been a while since i played) continuous effect" on a ring and never die. There's almost nothing in the game that does enough damage to kill you. You can't drown either.

Hell, I was a vampire running around in broad daylight for a while.

I don't think it was a cheat, I think he was wearing a helmet that was enchanted (Maybe shield?) and when he took it off he started actually taking real damage.

i think his boots were enchated a healing spell, because you can see that he takes damage but this damage is healed in a second.... but when he equips this boots that make you blind he dont heal the damage anymore.
