Boy if you knew how the WTC towers were consructed you would know why thet fell. It had an interior steel core and an exterior steel frame. The floors were steel trusses with concrete decks. Take a look at a steel truss it is not the same type of steel as the frame or core. You take out some of the core and the frame and then heat the trusses till they fail and you have collapse. Investigate and understand before you make allegations!

I am open to alternative takes on 911. But this is one of the worst presentations I've heard in a while.With so many inaccuracies in this video, why would take it seriously?

at :50, it states WTC 7 had "no significant fire." Since this contradicts numerous quotes from firemen on the scene, and video and pictures of the south side, at best this is questionable, but a more reasonable conclusion is it's just plain wrong.

States it "fell perfectly straight down" which is again an exaggeration because it caused significant damage to a building across the street.

It states at 1:20 that Silverstein ordered the New York Fire Department to "pull it." Since he never gave such an order, that's inaccuracie #3.

It states FEMA and "other government agencies have states that most of the jet fuel was gone in the initial fireball." There must be room for disagreement here, as NIST states that about 70% of the fuel remained in the building.

Here' another important one: at 4:06 it claims the twin towers fell at the maximum speed of gravity. That's absolutely wrong, as can clearly be seen by free falling debris that are falling below the impact point during the collapse, ahead of the main structure.
- at 6:16 we hear that NORAD intercepted off course planes 67 times in a one year period, but fails to mention none were over the Continental US, and that NORAD doesn't cover most of the internal US.

@cchris874 you also forgot to mention that bush wouldn't allow anyone to intercept the planes and if they did they would be arrested on the spot. And that some of that debris was shot out at high speeds from the explosions clearly seen in the footage,not saying all of it was moving faster than free fall.

@cchris874 I'll agree with some.. Yes WTC 7 did have fires and the severity is argued, tho most of the building fell straight down.. some parts are of course going to damage other buildings. Silverstein did say that maybe they should pull it to the fire department commander, and that is what they did.
I've heard way too many people say almost all the jet fuel burned at the explosion to believe NIST.. NIST argued WTC 7 fell at a constant speed at first lol..

Here's the thing about Silverstein. He said, "We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it."
Just use a little brainpower. Why would sending in a demolition crew be a smart thing to do to save lives? The quote clearly assumes there were no explosives pre-existing. And finally, why would you blow your alleged insurance scheme by bluritng it out on nation TV? None of this makes an iota of sense as controlled demolition.

Finally, I appreciate your give-and take, and acknowledging uncertainty. But mistakes/inaccuracies of even smaller magnitude would be greeted here with far more virulence if the shoe were on the other foot. The truth mvt is quick to brand even the slightest error as a lie or disinformation - as long as it is commited by a debunker.

The NORAD is totally inaccurate because NORAD didn't monitor most of the US. The video would have us believe intercepting a hijacked plane within minutes was the norm, whereas 9/11 was an anomaly. That simply isn't true. Nor was it ever the case, as anyone with a memory of hijacking attempts in the 70s in the US will recall. -

I forgot to mention that the Robertson Panel was a CIA PsyOps directive available through FOIA. The power brokers needed three things. First was a reason to take away Constitutional Liberties, secondly was an excuse to go into Afghanistan where OBL was burning the poppy fields (~80% of the world economy and liquid cash come from drug sales and lastly a reason to go into Iraq and ultimately Iran. This is right out of the NeoCon play book which is why any legitimate investigation was thwarted.

Hard to believe we're still debating this farce over 9 yrs later. Ever heard of the Robertson Panel? Created in the early 50s to control how the masses thought about UFOs. Two key strategies...If you don't swallow the party line they villify you and secondly the mass media only parrots what the power brokers tell them. Exactly the same strategy for the Kennedy Assassination, Gulf of Tonkin, 9-11 and others. It took 25 years of diligent investigstion to sort out the Kennedy hit..

there are some pretty solid facts that make a 9/11 american coupe seem very plausible. the only problem is...even if it is in fact true...what can a single person do about it?

as for the how the fires could have caused the collapses youre missing a very vital point the building that was mention just burned the WTC not only burned but was hit by a plane so from the start thats about 1/3 of a couple floors gone and the forse hit farther then that so about half was gone/weakened and add the fire and its clear this wasnt planned...
