Are you the folks who have been in Missoula, MT several times? Some company named Online Storefront or Storefronts Online (it changes) has sold a bill of goods to senior citizens and poor people without a computer. They were told that they don't need a computer or a product to sell online. I have had several of these folks call me or come to my web development classes. They are in tears when they realize they have put their retirement savings (or are in debt) into software they can't use.
