At first she thinks she's gonna' get out alive with her best friend it kinda' makes you feel really sad and shocked that you have to watch the woman who adopted her push jennifers friend thousands of feet off the clock tower as you hear her scream. And you think "This is much more shockinh and serious!" being as they are all 14 year old innocent girls who die instead of like the 17-18 year olds in horror movies.

@djsphinxyx Dan is one of Miss Mary's sons. He's the big, giant gargoyle-like creature that chases you almost at the end of the game. But, as long as I know, I never heard she was responsible for Dan's death.

Miss Mary's sons are Scissorman ("Bobby") and "Dan" Barrows. Everything can be explained better during the game, so you must pay attention to any clue that they give out. It's way better if you played a lot the game to get all the endings!

As for Jennifer not questioning Edward a lot of her memories of this were suppressed due to the trauma, which is why Professor Barton kept hypnotizing her. She doesn't remember everything unless you get the best ending in Clock Tower 2.

I wish this had been released as Clock Tower on the SNES in North America. Then, what's known here as "Clock Tower" on PS should have been Clock Tower 2 (like it is in Japan.) Then, it would have been cool if they did a 3rd Clock Tower that continue the Scisorman story, and released it on PS (or maybe PS2, for that matter.) That would have been an awesome trilogy.
