This car is hideous. It makes no sense aesthetically. That huge gap under the hood is ugly. The almost nonexistent windows make the doors and ground effects look clownish. The bodywork over top of the wheels is too minimal making the wheels look out of proportion. The rear air intake designs look like they r melted onto the back side windows. Then the black patches on the rear. It's an ugly car. Cool speedo and awesome sounding motor. But I AM NOT a fan of this monstrosity. Nevermind the $.
the end is somewhat typical.. When GT-R first out and was on par with many supercars, they mock it for being a Datsun.. And now the masterpiece Lexus LF-A... When it is close enough to give a conclusion about 2 of them being faster than most of British or German supercars, they started to mock the brand..

Because of this video, i have a little bit more respect for the LFA, but the price tag for it is just too expensive for the type of car that you are getting. Sure, it has all this technology into it including the exhaust tuning to make the engine sound a lot sportier, and the fully computerized tachometer, but for $60 thousand (approximately) I could get a Nissan GTR (R-35) then spend probably $150 thousand on tuning and parts, then my GTR will be faster than the LFA.

@Topfueltrooper Who in a sane mind would pay that much for a fucking POS Guido rebadged tractor, that because of the high RPM engine which would need rebuilds after 20,000 miles. For that price, one could get some real exotic cars, not this re-designed tractor from Lamborghini.

who ever £350k is rich, so the price is not an issue. this car is looks different than the one we accustomed to. so it is quite nice. I will bet you, if it was Aston Hamond won't mourn about the price tag.

guys stop complaining about the price. This car is not to be pumped out a sold like hot cakes like the gtr. It is a statement by lexus, to advertise their engineering. Just like honda made the nsx, and bugatti makes the veyron. Its to remain exclusive. Price is not relevant.

I have a 2011 GT-R and I took delivery of my lexus LFA three days ago. (penbroke pines Lexus, vin xx0048). The skyline is faster. The Lexus sounds better.

When it comes to top gear, if it's not a Mercedes or a BMW or an Audi, it's never good enough. This show is very biased. A good show nonetheless but still very biased. Although yes the LF-A is too expensive it's really only going to be for Lexus enthusiasts.
