Kirby, here's my continued advice for harry and marv (I ran out of letters).
1. Okay so after you knock the paint can over on floor 2, jump over it and Marv will run at you. Hop back over the paint spill and he'll get stuck in it. After that, he'll go screen upside down.
2. Harry is on floor 2 as well. There should be a pile of logs there too. Once you head past the logs harry will appear. Run back and fire at the logs with your stun gun. It takes three logs to knock him offscreen.
Actually the super nes version is way worse, this is the nes version which in my opinion is way superior. If you played the Super NES version, you'll be thinking this game is way better.

If you mean the park, I know two ways to avoid them: Marv drops gumballs from the tree so just jump over them. As for Harry, I think he comes out of the bush with a club so you should probably slide under him but be careful because his hit takes 2 to 3 hearts away.

2. On the second blue floor as soon as you head to the right, there will be a can of blue paint on a bench. Do a small jump and fire a missile with your stun gun. It will knock the paint can over, but be careful because the paint will hurt you if you walk in it.

this game for instance is kinda playable and doesn't seem so bad overall...
it's not a perfect game... but not as bad as others like i already said...
