Tim Donaghy ****ed up Phoenix after they were up 2-0 in the series with a bunch of ****ty calls making the Spurs rally in the 4th to win and in game 4, Horry just without class, pushed Nash off the court and guess what the Suns got for that? An Amare & Diaw suspension for helping Nash when the WHOLE Spurs bench was up and didn't get a suspension at all, leading to the Game 5 loss and then, the Game 6 loss.

The whole problem with the Cavs is they let that Finalsrun go to thier head. I hurt the team and the fans more for them to go then not to go because it twists what the state of the team really is. I always thought highly of David Robinson. It was ashamed that he couldn't win a title during the two-year Houston Rocket domination. The Suns deserved to go the finals that year. Tim Donaghy ****ed up Phoenix after they were up 2-0 in the series with a bunch of ****ty calls making the Spurs rally in the 4th to win and in game 4, Horry just without class, pushed Nash off the court and guess what the Suns got for that? An Amare & Diaw suspension for helping Nash when the WHOLE Spurs bench was up and didn't get a suspension at all, leading to the Game 5 loss and then, the Game 6 loss.

you got that wrong, the suns never had a 2-0 lead on the spurs in the 2007 playoffs, the spurs won game 1 then the suns won game 2 but it was BS that the refs fucked it up but the suns were not going to win against the spurs either way you look at it...the spurs had that series from the start and the spurs won in 2008 but the fact of the matter is that with or without that BS the spurs own the suns in the playoffs period.

I have a big problem with the league or mr stern. when a commisioner picks favorites im sorry but that is wwf type stuff and has no place in sports. we don't live in midevil times but sports is our form of battle or gamesmenship. for 6-8 months nba guys play almost daily, its unjustified to pick champions and not it play out.

San Antonio is still a great team. They beat Hornets and Suns.Ginobili was not 100% healthy. Tim has played well but sometimes he also needs a break. SA need a center to help Duncan. I hope next year gets better.

I don't hate on the Spurs because they swept us but rather respect them because they are everything I want our team to be. Mike Brown is a good defensive coach learning under Greg Popovich but was he asleep when the Spurs ran their offense? I mean c'mon you would think some of that would have rubbed off on him too >:(

The whole problem with the Cavs is they let that Finalsrun go to thier head. I hurt the team and the fans more for them to go then not to go because it twists what the state of the team really is. Hand the ball off to Lebron and watch him go one on five does not win you rings. They need to face the facts that no matter how ggod they think they are they need to do better. The Spurs are a good example of that.

First, Kobe stands on the other end of court crying about calls as much as anybody, but I forgot - this all about Spur hating right now, isn't it.
Next, Bowen's job is not to create his own offense & take defenders to school. His assignment on offense is shoot the open 3 on the rotation swing. If other role players playing on other teams could stick to their assignment, maybe they could win multiple rings like Bowen.
Third, if Ginobli gets anymore "inconsistent" he'll be a lock H.O.F.'er!!!!!

Look I apologize for discrediting the spurs, and my comments about spurs fans. Last night they played like they want to win their fifth championship, and earned my respect as a dynasty. They took the fans, paul (fouled out), and the rest of the hornets so job well done. There are two reasons why the spurs stole the championship. One, they SCREWED phoenix becuase of poor officiating and wrongful suspensions, and the other reason is those damn warriors!!! Best of luck to Phoenix though-it's sad actually, because I think it's a shame that the Suns haven't reaped the rewards of being such a great team. The same goes with the Mavericks-remember how good the Mavericks were last season? Only to fall to Golden State? The Mavs should've beat the Heat the year before that in the finals as well. If Avery Johnson of the Mavs got fired, then why wouldn't D'Antoni of the Suns get a pink slip as well? Anyway, it's now the Hornets and the Spurs! Go Spurs!

Well, maybe I should've elaborated more-
I thought the Suns would make necessary adjustments that would've made it more difficult for the Spurs. One of those adjustments would've been to find a way to stop Parker and Ginobli-apparently they didn't do ANYTHING D'Antoni said. I know they tried to stop Parker from driving, but where was the defense on the perimeter? lol...I know they've been weak on the defensive side of the ball, but DAMN...down 0-2 and at HOME??? Good teams adjust..It's over!

Yeah..I know..I really don't think they could have stopped Manu and Tony even if they did try. Main thing is they should never have gotten rid of Shawn Marion..all signing Shaq did is slow them down. Champions have a game they stick with and stand by. It may not always be the best style, but they stick with it till they're the best at it. Phoenix changed their style with new players, and they don't trust each other yet..it's gonna be a while till they do, and it'll be after Shaq is retired.

I always thought highly of David Robinson. It was ashamed that he couldn't win a title during the two-year Houston Rocket domination. Even though he won the "*" title in '99 I feel that David Robinson is the best player ever on the Spurs. He was a class act & had a distinguished career with the exception to the end of it where he sustained injuries. Your postulation of me as ignorant is well-noted. I wouldn't expect nothing less. I'm a peaceful person, I just get very irritated when someone talks about something that means a lot to me. My grandfather raised me on the Spurs, and he passed away not too long ago, so they mean more to me than your regular fan. I know most of them personally, and I know what kind of people they are. David is a great guy...I agree with you. And I'm sure the Pistons have some great guys as well.

David Robinson has 2 rings doesn't he??? I agree that it was a shame that it didn't happen for him earlier on, but something was missing regarding team chemistry when it came to the playoffs...I'm sure it made the championships he attained at the twilight of his career all the more sweet and appreciated. He's a class act-even though many called David "too nice", and "soft"...I remember those days. I also remember going to the Spurs games with Gervin, Silas, Olberding, ms...etc...Go Spurs Go!
