  • I love how reptiles, insects, fish, and amphibians are (for the most part) able to fend for themselves hours after they're born. While mammals and birds have to be nurtured until they can approach the world, humans take 2 years to even figure out how to walk.

  • you have the best job

  • @ballsoffury4 yeah you go ahead and do that just don't be too surprised when the anacondas eat your beloved pups

  • I hate Anacondas, they call me the Anaconda hunter, I walk around with my machete and my dogs in the Amazon and slice anacondas in half with the help of my beloved pups

  • i would feel that bin up with gasoline ,

  • Question: What is New England Aquarium going to do with 14 baby anacondas? Do you send them to zoos, release them in the Amazon, or do they become food for other animals? Baby anacondas someday become adult anacondas!

  • @CoChatt Thanks for asking! The Aquarium worked with other zoos and aquariums to find homes for the juvenile anacondas.

  • the mother snake gona eat some of the baby snake becuz they hungry

  • baby are bigger than regular python it's so big!! wow

  • I'm surprised a zoo would breed these, these animals aren't to be considered pets and the reptile market has enough unwanted large constrictors as it is.

  • What beautiful Anacondas. I can't wait till i get my own!

  • eat them

  • these are totally cool

  • being babies also they are monsters!!gosh!!

  • no they are preety agresive when babies at wild but with enough handling maybe the y coul get friendly, please take alook at my anacondas video and comment please

  • Really amazing. And the babies are precious!

What did you end up doing with the babies? Give them to zoos/aquariums across the country? Is it possible for an anaconda to become "friendly", like a ball python, with enough handling?

  • i want 10 lol nice vid.

  • What is that tool at 1:23 that is being used?

  • I believe the scientific term is "hook".

  • lol

  • my sister went to the new england aquarium for a field trip this month

  • aww. he's a curious lil fella!

  • hey does anyone know how much it would be to build that display in my house? 20 000-

    30 000?

  • My home town is boston and we go there all the time and i have been to the aquarium tons and have never seen the anaconda

  • i work at the aquarium so i get to see the babies all the time

    they're amazing (:

  • When did the Aquarium start exhibiting snakes? I moved away from just north of Boston a year ago. I like the aquarium a lot, too bad parking is more than admission.

  • i'm actually not sure when they started...and for parking, they'res a garage thats a lot cheaper than the other one; that is 10 dollars instead of 25(:

  • Man I think I spend 36 on parking for a day... When I come back I'll just use the residential parking garage then?

  • probably, there's also the independence garage

  • yea be prepared for that, they grow to like 450 pounds, but be happy with your dinosaur hehehe

  • aww so cute

  • Beautiful babies I'm getting one

  • Just be prepared to be taking care of a dinosaur within 2-3 years =)

  • hahaha i know i already got it and it was the only one that was tame (and not that tame haha) got a female
