The loading screens have a good reason to be long. While the games graphics engine may not warrant them, the physics engine does. The games physics engine is rather robust, and those long loading times are necessary.

Just got this game for my Bday...

OMG it's so fun! But on some bosses, the attacks don't do enough damage, and can make them a bit tedious. I'd have liked a combo system that increases you damage the longer the combo is.

Trust me, the loading times for 360 vs Wii are substantially different. Super mario Galaxy could galaxy could have run just fine on the gamecube - motion control. It doesn't matter what you "want" to be true, but the wii's specs are terrible compared to the ps3 and xbox 360, I shit you not, if the wii was capable (which it is not) of 1080i or p it'd run its games at about 5 frames per second. Not enough video or system memory nor raw processing power. Cant put sprinkles on dog poop.

Oh btw, the clock speed on the wii's processor and gpu haven't officially been released. Wiki says 1cpu at 729mhz, and an ati gpu running at 243mhz with a total 88mb's of system memory, and 64mb's of gddr3. Compare 360 at 3 cores running at 3.2mhz, an ati gpu running at 512mb's of gddr3 running at 700mhz, and thats not even getting into specifics. Tell me how the wii is supposed to even hold a candle to the 360? 20gb hd, vs 512mb of flash memory, c'mon dude, btw that engine looks nice.
