How do u make pieces sound realistic in Kontakt player. im using it in sibelius with GPO and it sounds SOOO computerized.

hello, i have been having trouble with recording Compositions from sibelius 3.
When i click record as audio track, it says 'you must set up Kontakt Player carefully the first time you use this'.
What is Kontakt player? if it is supposed to come with sibelius, i will be honest, i got my copy of sibelius as a free ripped disc from a teacher.
Please help me, it would be incredibly useful if i could save my sibelius 3 composition as an audio track. Thank you
