@SUPERHEROTV We checked the local Animal control and a few local vets who have taken in some refugees. A guy who lives a few blocks over recognized him and said he'd been at the house all day yesterday and he fed him and gave him water. Hopefully Kirk and Adam the pup will be re-united soon!
wow..looks rough. Is the HSUS there yet? Perhaps your friend's dog has been picked up by rescue. Good hunting!
