I'm 5ft 2 and my average weight is 120 apparently. But that's considering my age, frame size, and daily fluids. You're still young so as long as you're not too far over or under, I wouldn't worry too much. If you have a reason to be concerned, there are ways to calculate what you should be at, or you can see a nutritionist.

What scares me to death is all these super-skinny people tell stories and give excuses identical to mine. Stressed, caffeine, food was an inconvenience. I'd eat half a sandwich a day to shut my stomach up so I could get back to work. I'm 5'7" (170 cm) and used to be 8st3 (115 lbs)

But then I got a desk job and ballooned up to 11st12 (166 lbs) over 2 years. Now I'm sitting comfortable at 10st even (140 lbs). Feels good.

Still drink coffee though, but 1/4 of what I used to.

Hah, really 400 GRAMS of caffeine is the safe amount???? :D What kind of idiots make these programs. There is around 100mg of caffeine in one cup of coffee depending how strong it is. @laughhh1 not to everybody. I knew a girl who was 5'10'' and weighed 100 lbs, and she just couldn't gain. People thought she was anorexic, but she ate very healthy and wanted to gain so bad, but ther metabolism was waaaaaay to high. Gaining weight might seem easy to somebody, but it's not easy gaining weight healthily.
