@insertname17 Most people who cross the US land border with Mexico do leave trash as they go. And if Americans trash a park in the US; they ultimately are paying the tax bill to clean it up. It is easy to find places to plant these hidden cameras. We just locate trails with heavy amounts of smuggling trash and set them up to watch who ever walks by.
