The crackling when he gives it gas is because the car only had a base tune in it at the time, just so it would run. The base tune was extremely rich, hence the popping during revving. I am the poster of this video and owner of the car...but can't remember my logon for username Drummerdude1982.

too much krackin and poppin when you give it gas.

but some guys like that. i like a smoother sound but mean.
