  • Do you have to purchase a separate software to have Bamboo work with MS Office? Or are the plugins in Office will automatically appear once I install Bamboo? Does this work with Apple's iWork also?

  • Wait... Do I have to buy the JustWriteOffice software now because 2007 is being an arse (with tablet compatibility)?

  • how do u get the document editing option to ribbon?

  • Im getting his for either Christmas or My Birfday. 'Cuz they're 5 days away from each other. it's either this, or a PSP with Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep

  • Keep in mind when viewing this video, that the capacity for handwriting-text or markup is *sold separately* as a software package called JustWrite. This software does not come bundled with the Bamboo/Bamboo Fun (or Intuos, I think, their significantly more expensive model). So this is a bit deceiving - you can buy your Bamboo (Fun), but you'll have to purchase additional software ($30) for the capability you see in this video. Wacom sales may not make that explicit, fyi.

  • ok. so to write in microsoft word you press the butten after the "VIEW" butten right?

well for me their is non... WHAT DO I DO!?!?

  • lol at 0:43 the pen re-invented for the 21TH century? lol

  • i just got this today for $80 and so far its great. only thing i don't like is the eraser get scuffed up, and judging by the display model in the store the pad will get scratched, just hope that dosent effect the accuracy.

  • probably not hard to replace. but mabe dont press too hard with the eraser...put the settings down.

  • Question: Can you use Bamboo in drawing programs like GIMP or Photoshop? Or do you have to get Bamboo Fun to do that? [i know im stupid. sorry.]

  • All tablets works with Photoshop and programs like that. Just install the drivers, and it'll work.

I use a Mac and without the drivers, it works like a normal mouse. When the drivers are installed, pen pressure and things that comes with the tablet will work.

I have a black Wacom Bamboo tablet, by the way.

    I hope this helped. :)

  • It doesn't matter what tablet you use, they all work as long as you install it. The tablet is like a substitute for the mouse. Just makes it easier to do things like drawing, writing, etc.

  • @SXKyilu so, Just Write comes with all the wacom tablets?

  • Bamboo works with every program. Bamboo fun just comes with additional programs

  • bamboo works really well with gimp.

  • anybody know if this tranforms the handwriting into computer text?

  • yeah i wanna know how to do that too :P

  • How do you do it?

    Could someone please tell me?

    xx♥

  • Ur vid is out of sync lol, the music starts way before the video so it usualy freezez on 2:28. Nice vid tho = ]. Im gonna get a Bamboo fun medium for Christmas soon so YAY!

  • ...or get GIMP software.

  • can we draw with this software...?

  • It is a matter of definition. Basically this software or more less this part of Office 2007 is made to annotate or mark Microsoft documents. But you can also draw in your presentation, for sure. Just some basic colours, but it works. This software is not made to be used to draw, but it is possible. But I recommend other applications for drawing like Photoshop or Corel products, that would suite far better.

  • Thx dude, u saved me, i was going to get this one...

    thx

  • i have to know wat that song is lol its driving me nuts trying to figure it out

  • It sounds like a remix of HY YA
