Im a professional storm spotter this was NOT a tornado you went through it was a microburst quite high winds here about hurricane-force (75 mph) gusts, if you drove into a tornado your car would be at least flipped over, you need training in storm chasing!!

This happened to me in Mallorca! Damn! I had the same reaction cause you think your going to die :P No i was in a bus and than all of of sudden it started pouring, and you couldnt see anything outside.

that storm knocked out my power for two days

and bout 5 mins later came tht storm in elmhurst and i herd the wind speeds were up to 123mph and we were in the same exact thing we were near the gas statoion and a 40ft tree uprooted about 20 ft in the air and nearly crashed on us then the metal sign that used to be there was ripped out the grond and flew over us and smashed a buisnes window the shopping cart flew from jewel to the gas station

There were several reports of tornadoes in the area and one EF-1 touched down a few towns over. These winds were reported to be over 90MPH !!!

@theperkolator there was a tornado i was in elmhurst by citco gas station we saw it cuming down but we were to late to turn back around i say it was a tornado also there is no way it wasnt u could tell over on york and spring there is an open fieldmover there and thats where it touched down cause i think that was like a soccer field or sumthing and there are soccer nets all over the place i think they were cemented into the ground i do say tornado!!!!
