these are not Drones from the aurora, you think that the ancients designed there ships with one deletable weapons system? these are energy cannons, the asurans copied them and used them mainly due to the fact they didn't have the capability to use drones effectively.

Drones VS shields they cannot penetrate are very weak thats why the ancient ships also had the energy cannons.

why lol? if the aurora class raise their shields in time the 304 woldnt wave ani chance, cause theirs shields dont weaken, thei just need power like the atlantis ones. And as the ships are powered by zpms and other sorts of things, its hard to get them down.
