because the UFC is more about making money then it is about establishing the best possible fighting league. two proofs, brock lesnar (but I do think brock is a good fighter) and fedor.
they move brock before he deserves it to make money, and they won't get Fedor because of money.
In the UFC money making trumps establishing proper norms for martial arts competition. People have to deserve a title shot (no matter how good a prospect) and you have to have the best to be the best (Fedor).
