  • Hershel Shanks is an extremely intelligent man.

  • the soundtrack - is that Eddie Kochak singing? George Abdo? the voice sounds familiar...

  • Jesus rose from the dead. how would you ever find him???

  • Who the frig did the sound mixing on this video? It's extremely annoying!!

  • THey're not gonna find Jess anyway

cause in the Bible it said that he rose form the dead

    so he wasnt buried

  • @purpleluvb1234 Dude I am pretty sure they are not looking for the body. When they say Search for they mean evidence of his life besides the Bible for those who do not believe in Christ. They are not looking for his bones...

  • Some prophecies were "fulfilled" by the simple expedient of inventing and writing a fulfillment that never happened in fact. An example is Matthew 2:13-15, which has Jesus as a child being hauled off to Egypt to escape the "slaughter of the innocents". Neither the move to Egypt nor the slaughter ever took place. Matthew wrote this lie to be able to say "And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: "Out of Egypt I called my son." " No other gospel or history records this.
  • They be searching a long time cause there is no archeological evidence of jesus.

  • That's true, because he ascended into heaven.

  • @mrjager2004 Sorry but that is physically impossible. There is ZERO evidence of heaven or of anyone named jesus. Its a myth get over it. This is the 21 century we are supposed to be smarter than the cavemen who wrote that BS.

  • We have hard evidence for Jesus, and possibly His ressurection. The Shroud of Turin is the gospel on a cloth. There won't be a 30th century if we don't stop and listen to Jesus.

  • @MrZetterlund777 I have been researching this for a while and actually there is NO evidence to support the exsistance of jesus NONE. The shroud of turin has been proven a fraud carbon dating places it made between 1200 and 1300 CE. Try actually doing a non biased scientific research for archeological and historical evidence. I have and there is none outside the bible

  • @lespauls61 The carbon14 dating was proven invalid because the end of shroud where the sample was taken was re-woven with thirteenth century for repare. It was noticable because the weave was different from that of the rest of the cloth. I'm not doing bias science, I just go off of what scientific peer-reviewed journals say by STURP, who is a group of non-religious scientists, and who's head spokes person is even Jewish. So, yeah. We have a pretty good indication of His most important mirical.

  • @lespauls61 There is evidence that JESUS was here on earth. It's called the BIBLE read it some time. It is also called FAITH. Remember JESUS loves you.

  • @tazed2 LOL thats funny. The bible is NOT evidence for anything, its a book of theology which requires believing in the un provable, The bible has more holes in it than swiss cheese. Why would someone believe a 2000 year old STORY without any historical or archeological evidence. NO EVIDENCE NO TRUTH!!!

  • @lespauls61 Ask JESUS into your heart and you will Know Him. You will Know it is real. You don't have to have pysical evidence that he exisists. You will feel it in the love He gives you.

  • @tazed2 1st signs of bible placebo!!!

  • @lespauls61 not to get into a huge debate, but all scientists and archeologists agree that the bible does hold evidence of that time period. there is a reason why it is called "biblical history"--because it is the only records of that time period we posess. sure, it was a story, and is not ment to be taken litterally, but archeological and historical evidence have proven that parts are valid.

  • @scgcdmluvr Yes some of the things actually happened but NONE of the jesus stuff is written about by anyone else outside the bible yet the other historical things have other writings to corroborate the claims.

  • @scgcdmluvr Actually it the ONLY record of a charactor named jesus. There is plenty of sources outside the bible for all the non miracle stuff. The problem is that the only and I mean ONLY source of jesus and miracles is the bible. Not one source outside the bible than can prove his exsistance.

  • @lespauls61 actuially, it is undisputed that jesus lived. as a man of faith, i believe jesus existed, but i do NOT believe in the miracles. christians (except those few litteralists) maily accept that miracles were simply the misunderstanding of the people of that time. jesus did not walk on water--the area of which the miracle is documented is right on shallow marshlands.

  • @scgcdmluvr there's more but youtube won't let me post. aside from many texts, not much is evidence, you're right. however, not much evidence is from the big bang either... or many other scientific theroys widly accepted by the community.

  • @scgcdmluvr Actually the only thing that can be claimed as evidence is josephus testimony in flavian or whatever its called and that main entry has been considred a christian forgery by almost all main stream scholars so the best people can do is hearsay from sources that werent alive to witness what they claim happened hence hearsay no eyewitness testimony.

  • @scgcdmluvr "it is the only records of that time period we posess" Nonsense. Go to a library.

It is NOT indisputed that Jesus lived, but as an agnostic it seems more than likely that he did. Go to your local supermarket checkout to see the kind of nonsense that is printed NOW. Imagine a world with very few literate people and imagine the kind of nonsense they could get away with. Thats all I;m saying.

  • @cullyvan i apologize, the agnostic gospels are also accounts.

I'm afraid i'm not entirely sure what you mean... by undisputed i mean among well-known archaeologists... of course there are a select few who question validity of evidence and so forth, but mainly it has been accepted that jesus (or the man who we know as jesus) existed. it is simply impossible that so many people, of whom never met or never heard of eachother, write about this one man, and describe events that paralell

  • @scgcdmluvr eachother almost directly (differing by the lens of who was writing it). look. simply put, i believe jesus existed. the bible isn't true by a factual standpoint, but a metaphorical one. a man did exist, of whom many followed and believed in. whether or not you believe that, i honestly don't care. above, my exchange with lespauls61 was fact based and just a discussion of two people sharing points of view. no need to get worked up about it bro...

  • @scgcdmluvr I completely agree that he existed. Whether he was the son of man or not, we will probably never know. The problem amongst scholars is most are biased one way or another and you can't take their "proof" as "gospel" if you pardon the pun. If you want an example , go look at mithraism discussion on wikipedia. Personally I;m only interested in truth and sorry If i came across as rude. Peace.

  • @tazed2 Dude the bible is not evidence. It is a compilation of STORIES from 70CE to 300 CE. No one knows who wrote it, none of the persons that it is attributed to were alive when the mythical jesus was. Its all designed by primative, superstitious people.

  • @tazed2 Faith is all you have as there is no real evidence. Faith means believing in something without proof.

  • Oh my God! Jerusalem is beautiful!

  • Comment removed

  • Oh... You responded to the wrong person.

  • thanks for the video
