  • What are the options for a person who are here illegally, are they able to apply for a investment visa? if not is there any other way for them to adjust their status?

  • I want to immigrate to the USA by investment. I plan to build a luxury hotel business and I just want to know if I sell that business after naturalization, will I loose my citizenship? Also, if I sell it before naturalization, will I loose perminant residence?

  • @ComputaholicTV You will not loose your citizenship if you sell after becoming a USC. As far as selling when you're a permanent resident, selling could pose some problems depending on the timing. I'd suggest you call our office and schedule an appointment (310-384-0200) to discuss your situation in detail.
