  • This video lets you really see the splendor of NYC. Great quality too. I like the fact it was shot late afternoon early evening. Light star to populate the city. WOW!

  • that view of manhattan was amazing.

  • This brings back so many memories. As a kid in the 70s, my family used to fly out of La Guardia very frequently. It's been about 20 years since I last flew out of there.

Great post of a great city!

  • i remember when i was REALLY young going to canada on my first place ride i was probably 3 but i can remember looking out at the night sky and seeing the beautfiul WTC and all of NYC lit up in the night sky.

  • wat time was the flight? it looks like its aroundd 7pm.. ?

  • LaGuardia Airport is beautiful. What a beautiful view :)

  • I am going to Nwy York in a few weeks SOOO EXCITED!

  • cool

  • lol i saw the airport in driver parallel lines xD !!!

  • Lol you mispelled Houston and i took the same flight 6 months ago from La Guardia to my hometown Houston Texas 1st flight experience and wow it really is a beautiful view thanks for the excellent video

  • Manhattan view.... :-)

  • Beautiful

  • very nice

  • thank you for excellent video.

  • 3:50 = kteb- teterboro

  • Where the heck is Housto.. ?

    →no winglets ~or engine ~so its NOT a 737 . Looks to me like it's an MD-90, guys-

  • 737- 300 or 500

  • I fly out of LGA often, mostly to Miami.

I love and hate flying equally at the same time.

  • I love flying in and out of LGA. Best view ever.

  • You`re right

New York is the most beautiful city in the world

  • yes...it is..i adore it so much

  • What a beautiful view. NYC, the most beautiful place in the world.

  • @rafalweb i agree nyc in my opion is the best city in the world.a place like this will never get attacked again.

  • Looks like a 737 wing, but if you say it's a 57, I'll believe you.......

  • really cool. Was it AA MD?

  • no thats either a 757 or 767.

  • yes you're right. I took a better look of the wing shape and is not an MD.

    Thanks.

  • Looks like a 737 (model not sure 500?700?900? I'm going to guess 500) wing and since it's to Houston it's more than likely Continental and I don't think Continental operates any of their 757s to LGA, but definitely not any of their 767s.

  • i didn;t know that it was continental airlines!! your probably right. the only time i see the Continental 757s is at St. Maarten!

  • MD-90 , not a 737, I'd say---

  • @BigBearVids Look at the wing... definitely not a MD90 wing, the M90 doesn't have a flap structure like that. The engines seem to be wing mounted just slightly out of view as well. At this point in time most of the MD90s in the U.S were on west coast duty (Delta) and Delta does not serve either Houston airport from Laguardia. I can't really see it being anything other than a Continental 737-300/500.

  • ►chanman4

    After further review...I agree- 737 -

I did some snooping - and found The wing is very simillar (minus the vortex generators) to the wing in this 737-300 video→ com/watch?v=szvdsC_JToo

    check the 2:00 mark-

plus the flap track fairings are a dead give away now as well. Good work...

    a fairly rare 737- without winglets~

  • respect :) its such a beatufil yiew over manhattan

  • is early morning good video upload

  • was this at night or early morning

  • super video man.... i never seen a video before like this.... good :)

  • thanks

  • I'm surprised that nobody actually filmed the plane crash as it was happening. There had to be plenty of people right there at or near the hudson that saw what was about to happen.

  • Hi Here in Swedish Television we could see that crash,, some one had a video camera and it was shown the crashlanding on TV-news here.

  • Awesome, thanks - gives a much better understanding of what the guy managed to pull off in that landing

  • Were you not supposed to turn of all electrics for take off???

  • wow in the minute 2:50 we can see the hudson river where the plane crash. it is amazing that nobody died.

  • great vid nice quality

  • thanks
