  • Thanks, I have been doing better lately. I've done 100lbs since this vid was taken.

  • Only 75? How heavy are the plates- they look like 45s that are thin. (I dont do much better- only a no so good 95).

  • What exercises do you do, zigcat? You look extremely strong.

  • here's my current split:

    mon: 5x5 heavy DL, 6x6 clean, 4x6 1h snatch

    tues: 5x5 bench, 6x6 standing OHP, 4x6 weighted dip

    wed: 5x6 bent over barbell row, 4x15 seated row, 4x?? weighted pullups

    thurs: 5x5 heavy squat, 4x6 front squat, 4x6 full clean, 4x6-8 leg press

  • Feet closer together (about hip width), take it slow to about knee level, JUMP!, shrug and pull.
