Most people know about the Harrison ditch. There is another ditch that we started skating back in 1986 that was later named "the happy ditch" It's located on Ohio pkwy. and weslyan ave. It's smaller and the walls are close together so you can pump back and forth. Make sure to bring some big, soft wheels though or you will die. I went there a couple months ago and skated it. Hasn't changed a bit. Although back in the day we had a plywood runway at the top for more speed.

@theholyroller777 Yeah Rockford sucks, but the biggest reason it sucks is the negative lazy ass puke heads that live here. When I was younger i hated it so much I moved a thousand miles away and stayed away for years. Now that i'm older and still skate all the time I appreciate the grittyness of this town. There isn't a big skate scene which is kind of cool. No matter where you live. Life is what you make it.
