I have a droid I canceled my contract with Verizon . I rebooted my phone and know I have to call Verizon to activate it. They wont help me in less I renew my contract. please help

Once downloaded, where do you copy the file(s)? Also, do you copy the whole zip folder to that location or the individual folders to their own locations?
