  • go learn hot too cook sweety!!

  • your cookies look great. this is probaly the best one i found. will these go well for a ice cream cookie sandwich? Keep on making the videos

  • If you let the cookies cool completely they firm up and would probably be sturdy enough for the cookie sandwich - I would soften the icecream first and then firm them up in the freezer. The cookies are really good and it is the best recipe I've used. Thank you!

  • Does your home always smell good? i mean like you always bake your hubby and kids must love that!! ;]

  • Ha!ha! Ya, there's usually something baking!

  • hey the cookies dont look good... why?

  • My cookies or yours? If yours, how did they look - why did they look bad?

  • no hun..urz dont look gud... and its not my fault yew cant cook!!

  • you are just sad.

i tried this recipe and the cookies were YUM:]

  • buddy i dnt cook i buy them!! i have a maid/cheff she be lookin here dumbass!

  • @googoogagaaaa

really? O_o That's so cool. I really want a personal (hot) butler~! XD

  • best cookies i've ever made. i did alter a few things tho...i used whole wheat flour (i know its a 'no no' in baking - but it worked!) and i used half the amount of butter and substituted in grapeseed oil as the other half (they still spread well). I also added in some ground flax seed and walnuts! These were my lame attempts to make the cookies 'healthier'. haha.

result = yummy!!!! 5 stars for sure.

  • Sounds wonderful, and healthy!! I love nuts in cookies but alas, hubby is allergic! :0(

    Thanks for the comment!

  • Angie, what brand/type is that machine? I want it!

  • can i have the ingredients? heh. i want to make some for myself. =))

  • how come you added 2 eggs???

Isn't it supposed to be only 1???

  • Haaa... my cookies don't spread, even though they taste really good, they don't look nice.... by the way, if I reduce the sugar, will it alter the result? Thx Angie~

  • I think it's the fat content in the recipe that determines how much they spread...as long as they taste good, doesn't matter! I guess you could try reducing the sugar a bit but I would try only 1/4 cup less at first and see what results you get...

  • dude, u need your own cooking show... get a agent and apply for the food network or sumtin...

your family must eat very well. with everything being made homemade

  • You are really great I love the way you explain :) I subscribe some time ago to your channel just cause I LOVED IT!

I'm from Spain , Mallorca by the way:D

    keep on cooking!

  • Spain (Europe) :P

  • (I know. My brother used to live in Ponferrada.)

  • Thank you! I'm glad you like the videos and hopefully are eating some of the food I make!! Thanks for subscribing.

  • thanks for answering:)

  • I cannot resist eating some cookie dough the rare time I have TIME to bake anything. I think I read somewhere the salmonella is on the outside of the eggshells so maybe if you're careful not to have the egg insides touch the outside of the eggshells you won't have salmonella in the dough?

Also, I bake mine in bars as my great grandmother did. Spread the dough out on your greased cookie sheet evenly and bake a few minutes longer than the regular way of baking cookies. Cool, then cut in bars.

  • According to Health Canada it is possible that eggs may CONTAIN salmonella, although the risk is reportedly very low. It recommends avoiding eating raw eggs and foods containing raw eggs. The risk is greater to those vulnerable to infection (eg. very young, elderly, and people with already weakened immune systems)...so for a healthy, young adult...you just decide for yourself if you'll take the risk...

The Bars - easy and good! Less work! Yumm! tfs

  • Oh my! I love chocolate chip cookies a la mode and these look sooooooooooooooooo good! You make this look so easy.

  • They ARE easy! And you can make a few of them bigger and make ice-cream sandwiches out of them! Mmm, really good!

  • great job a1angiem. i love chocolate chip cookies! thanks for sharing your recipe.

  • Thanks!

  • Thank you Angie~

  • You're welcome!

  • Yuuuummm!!! :oP
