This phone is great! I couldn't believe how nice WebOS was when I played with it at Best Buy. I used the iPhone afterwards and was like lol this is lame.

Using plastic did cut the unit cost but at the expense of build quality. The WebOS looks fantastic but the hardware needs work.

never pull the battery without shutting down the device first, you can get memory corruption.
