This like most other series, had like an adult perspective on love. The star princess, Liza Minneli, with a sound mind had good instincts on the type of person she was and him. The question of a single pea under many mattresses to prove her royalty and worth was obnoxious, silly, and almost insulting. Well, she did feel the pea anyways. Showing her ability to see and feel underneath many layers that princesses hide.
