I just need to know how u done ur work from 1:00 to 1:21. I really need to know because of a school work. Was it just a template you downloaded/bought or did u make it by hand? And if you made it by hand, could you give me some insights on how to? Mostly, how could you "navigate" through your background like that.

this is all after effect, it took a couple weeks because I did not know how to use the program for a while. Each effect you see took a couple hours to learn online or by myself, over a period of some weeks.

where you were using your fingers to show footage inside. i would use blue/green screen chromakey to get a better result. the mask feather dosnt look very good. use a large blue/green backdrop keep a distance 1 meter aprox to avoid shadows. best to record footage using a tripod. then use key light plugin for after effects. now u can mask behind your fingers without feathering.
