i can answer the populate question but not the camera views, but i think he used walk and follow for that, but the cars and buses n caf trucks and that, there Aerosoft AES, Airport Enrichment Services, just type in on google Aerosoft and look at he tools area on the website, and look for AES and its payware, for like £10 or like $20 for america, i dot fully know bu tlike that, if you get stuck just pm me
