I've found 2 Shineys, 1st was in pearl, I was going through the volcano with buck, I encountered a shiny Geodude, Buck killed it :( My second one was just yesterday in emerald, I was surfing and found a shiny tentacool! :D i caught it!. BTW Me and my brothers are playing alongside your emerald playthrough, And one of my brothers team got infected with PokeRus :O (PokeRus is a good status condition that spreads to the rest of your party, Its 10x rarer than a shiny pokemon) (Its a good thing BTW!)

emile, this video made me a fan of yours for life. i remember the day i found a shiny graveler in the rock tunnel. i was 13! i didn't have flash or many healing items, i was trying to catch a skarmory outside but decided to go in the tunnel anyway. he was the first encounter in the cave. i flipped out like you did, and if in a future playthru i find a shiny i will flip like you did. it's still exciting! keep up the great work man :]

You say Cubone is not a good Pokemon but if you evolve it into Marowak and have it hold the Big Bone (I think it is) it has the highest attack stat of all the non-legendaries thus far in all the generations.

You probably mean Thick Club. With that equipped Marowak's base attack is doubled, so it's 160. The only non-legendaries with a base attack equal or above that are Rampardos (165) and Slaking (160). It has the lowest hp and is the slowest among the three. It's not all about power if you're playing multiplayer. But I do agree that Marowak is not a terrible pokemon in singleplayer.

I've never caught a Shiny! I've only caught a Pokemon with Pokerus once! (Unless u consider the Red Gyarados in Soul Silver a shiny, 'cuz I've caught that.)

@confusingpikachu Haunter does have Levitate, but Crystal was the last game to be released before they introduced Pokemon abilities. So Haunter can be hit by Mud Slap in Crystal because it doesn't have the Levitate ability in that game.

@chuggaaconroy The pictures of Suicune, Raikou, Entei and Ho-oh made me remember something I was gonna tell you: Ho-oh is a Special Defense tank. At level 100, my Ho-oh had 330+ in gold, with no stat boosts. If you were planning on having a fire type and legendary when you get to another pokemon Let's play, I highly recommend using Ho-oh. (Not to mention it gets even better with Calm Mind in PBR and HGSS)

its because magnemite is steel (and as far as i know) STEEL, HAS THE MOST DEFENSES OFN ANY OTHER TYPE O_o (try fighting the lightning gym leader in sapphire or ruby with only a grovile and kirlia (its not that bad in emerald since he diesn't have a megneton)

Wooper is the ultimate Ground type, as it is only weak to Grass, it has good Defense when it evolves, plus unlike Phanpy, IT CAN LEARN DIG. Plus, like Chugga said, if you can be happy all the time and have no arms, you truly own, and you are a king among kings, especially if you can learn Ice Punch via TM/Move tutor(emerald) without any arms.
