@sfour i'm not sure what car it is, so i could be wrong, but if its a modern Ferrari, it would have paddle shifters behind the steering wheel, so you wouldn't see his hands move most likely.

need for speed shift is a multiplatform game with online and lan for when you wanna get together with your friends and just race eachother with out any dam online accounts, lag etc

awsome exterior graphics but no decent physics, no decent in car graphics, in car camera does not improve the driving experience nor does it become more true to reality unlike need for speed shift. no sense of speed, it feels like the track is coming towards you and your just standing still. seriosly fail. im 18 now so by the time they release this il be like 47 and still need for speed shift will be holding a sign saying: been there, done that, got a fucking t shirt and did it better

I'm sure he's in Automatic Transmission, so why would there be gear shifting for an automatic? I've seen other trailers of Prologue, and it does have gear shifting, keep in mind that there's other transmissions than just manual... Plus, this is the demo, the full game's going to be way better than this one anyway. There is gear shifting, it's just automatic in the video.

I have to say, Forza 2 was disappointing. Have not played 3, nor do I intend to; they've lost me. Sure, the in-game driving was terrific, graphics were superb. But, in my opinion, I found the menu layouts less-than-ideal, the customization was... "faceless" and uncategorized, as well as a handful of smaller things that just.. disappoint.

OTOH, Polyphony has never let me down.
