We don't know how many other children he has abused. Sexual abusers rarely stop at one victim. Many, by the time they die, have a very distinguished 60 year long career of abusing children.

Turning him in would have ensured that other children were protected from him.

Most child predators sexually abuse a family member. You also still don't get it, it was the District Attorney and the police and judges PROTECTING him after they learned about the abuse. You may not care about the blue wall, but it is real and does exist. Cops MURDER people and it's often covered up.

My child is not safe, and never will be. You didn't listen to the context. When cops in the US, or perhaps anywhere else, are involved in criminal activity, they are protected.  I didn't report him but they later learned of the abuse, yet regardless of the compelling evidence, they gave him custody to shut her up.

1) she did not report it because the child was out harm's way of the Dad. He was out of the house.

2) after reporting the child was taken away and put into foster care for five years

3)after getting out of foster care the child went back to the Dad

4) The mother was in jail with NO CHARGES for three years

I think the point is when you monetize child care and take children away from parents that want them...in this case the mother provided well and the father couldn't keep the child because he was accused of pedophilia (there were photos)...the statute of limitations was up after five years so as a young adolescent the girl went back to the father (not a great move if you ask me)

If you were a child wouldn't you rather be in a home that wanted you and could afford you on their own?

I appreciated your series w/Dyandria whose police detective/molester husband in Queens, to whom she lost custody of her daughter.

There are endless cases in Europe with similar police or some official involvement. The Marc Dutroux case in Belgium w/willful police complicity & Belgian Royal sex parties connections, 5 y.o. Pascal sexually sold by Christa Weyand-child welfare mediator-police informant bar owner Pascal/Christa W. in Saarbrücken Germany. I suspect two recent Austrian cases tie in.

I think maybe you have spent too much on the legal part of all of this that you may have actually forgotten your daughter. Sexual abuse is so hidden...My father didn't have "contacts" yet spent only 6 mo on probation.  The "system" isn't difficult to navigate for a criminal.
