I think its a little owl aswell guys after reading up on it. The sad shame of it all, is that I found him dead next to the aviary a few days after. He was probably hungry, possibly young. I guess thats nature!!. I hear owls in my area regulary, but this was the first owl to visit my garden, mainly sparrow-hawks come to pester the budgies, but never owls.
