Its a horizontal bar conecting the suspension of the left and right side of the car. It basically keeps the car (or jeep in this case) from leaning or rolling under hard cornering. It also reduces suspension motion. This motion is good for offroad grip when your not taking any fast corners so jeepers disconnect them. Sorry if that was too complicated, I'm an engineer so I can be over techincal.

@surfkid191 You can't just pusha button and disconnect the Sway bar in a non-rubicon. You have to get under there aand totally remove it.....

You will do better with front sway bar disconnected. Enjoy your Jeep, it is great.

yea it was right after that that I did disconnected it, I saw the wheel come up in the video.
