Wow. Steven continues to amaze. I agree that I would have love to hear Gavin's version. Portnoy is an excellent and powerful drummer, but Gavin outshines him at every level. It's ridiculous.

Its just too bad that Portnoy is playing and not Harrison. Some subtility is needed in this song that Gavin does have and Mike misses.

i like Gavin, he is my favourite drummer alongside portnoy but his drumming on blood was limited because keven and jim told gavin how to play...only small portion is actually Gavin himself on the blood...it's to bad kev and jim didn't give gavin freedom to play drums like they did with mike. That would've been freakin' awesome!

I've never understood why someone would compare Dream Theater to Porcupine Tree. OSI definitely sucks, but you can't say that about Portnoy, he's a pretty skilled drummer (6:00?)

Apparently Porcupine Tree has forced the idiots of Dream Theater to revamp themselves. The results still suck. Dream Theater always sucked. Portnoy is a dork extrordinare no matter how many drum mags is puts his mug on. He still is generic BS forever.

Every generation since the 60's pull the same sh.t I want every under 30 punkass to go back and listen to Yes' first 3 records. Then find STARCASTLE from 76'. You'll get the same results as this stupid project trying to find a theme. Good luck
