@sparkshock44 They make a little suit that goes under this that pumps water around your body, but nobody uses it. Its one more thing you have to put on, and by the time you get the suit on, the water pumping through it is already hot, so its not accomplishing anything. And ya, you'll sweat in this thing... if its moderately warm outside you'll come out of that suit drenched head to toe.The weight isn't what kills you, its the heat, and lack of oxygen. That fan is mostly to defog your faceshield.

Man they rely need to build in some sort of a coolant system into those things. Mabe even build a robot system from the legs to the shoulders to keep the weight off of your back

I can see how the game company that designed Modern Warfare 2 would like the idea of a bullet proof suit, but the juggernauts are just damn unrealistic... how can you run in this suit? let alone run while holding down the trigger on a SAW... distorted reality... Is it true that there are lead plates in these things, you know, like in the middle of the suit?

@mustachos1993, There are heavy ceramic plates that cover the chest and back. The rest of the suit is mostly kevlar.

Im a marine and i have an EOD interview in 1 hour and 3 minutes!! THANK YOU for this vid haha now i have some pretty good confidence on how i will do in the bomb suit, this was the only part i was worried about it because i never tried the suit on! It doesnt look nearly as stiff as i was expecting. This is actually PART of the eod screening i will be going through today, sure hope i pass.

I graduated EOD school a couple months back. The bomb suit test for the volunteer statement and B/C division are the hardest physical parts of it. The rest of the whole school is mental.

@MrBmxRacer Ive met some EOD techs from canada and most of them are Ammo techs for CAF. Im not positive how it works but thats what I've heard from them.
