it means that if it takes 3 deaths without a kill to get the painkiller boost, it only takes 2 deaths to get it with hardline pro (deathstreaks are boosts to help u if things arent going too well)

You can jump off any high building and live. You dont even get blood splatter on your screen. I use it all the time and is good for escaping enemy.
