11,5 km of tracks was covered with fire retardant, which wasn't tested, approved, and never used before. Also, company that imported it didn't have license for that...at least on the news someone said that.

And there was discovered a chain of corruption in croatian railways...

Anyway, first train crashed, because it couldn't brake. At that time, no one knew why.

When second train crashed, and third couldn't climb up to help them, it became obvious.

Investigation confirmed.

6 people died, many injured, and 5 years old expensive inter city train is lost. And it is not the first one.
