Self surgery 2. Ear piercing!

i did that too 2 months ago xD i used the little thing you used(sorry idk what it is called) to make the hole and then used a jewlery put it just in :P but it got infected by me-.- so im gonna get one at a studio xD

tips: dont put the needle in and out again of your ear after puting it in after the first time,that hurts like hell. and dont lose power when it doesnt get throuw that will also hurt when you try to pull it throuw the same place, and it will aslo case more chances for infection.

I was just attempting to pierce myself with a sterile autoclaved needle but I had to take it out cuz it was bleeding like hell.

I've never bled that much...I didn't take anything to thin the blood either.

You know, I pierced my own lobe with a 1mm hypothermic needle; which is about the same as a piercing needle except with that little plastic end there, and the hole was too small.

How do you get a stud in that hole with such a small needle you used?

Go buy a piercing needle instead of S pin. The needle will be razor sharp and go through much easier than s pin. You'll know the gauge and can feed the ring through while following the needle out. It would make it easier for the DIY people. A local record/headshop here has them for like 9 or 12 bucks sealed in a autoclave bag and sterile

What would a safety pins ga be? I have a 10ga orbital in my cartilege, stretched from one 20 ga and one 16 ga hole. You should take them and get a bit bigger...would be hot.
