@penhouse873 sage ewan is also better. The biggest downfall of the super trainee classes is their horrendous con. If you mage ewan a sage you can do a very simple glitch that isnt cheating to teach him or any unit dark magic

@Laxev It depends on what you want really. She's a dodging machine either way. The Super Trainee gives her a +15% crit rate and General has the defenses and Skill to help her in the rare event she does get hit. They have similar stats outside of Speed and Def.

Super Trainee caps Str: 23 Skill: 30 Speed: 29 Def: 22 Res: 26

The only possible ones you can out do mine in are Str and Def While mine out does your Skill and Speed and I also have not used any items. The Stats that are the Same cap, HP and Res, I got unlucky on. I would also do more damage on average because of an added 15% crit rate to Amelia's already naturally high crit rate.

Especially in this game, where any unit hitting around 16 str and 12 def is pretty much set for the entire game doesn't matter what class anymore, maybe 15 def for hard mode but even then. Supports and dodge are broken in this game and enemy hit rates suck hard, since even a Gilliam can semi-reliable dodge things.

@xysasusakuyx There's a link in the description, but in general you have to beat both Erika's and Ephraim's route. After that any of the three trainees have a third option of promotion once they reach level 10 and it is the same class that they start with. After that once they promote again there is an option between one of the classes and another trainee class. That is the super trainee.

It is Super trainee Amelia. They are like the original trainees, expect they have +15% crit (Expect Ewan, who will be able to use all spells, not staffs though) and higher stats.

Supertrainees may not be so great though, becouse their con is so small. Ross will get +15% crit when he is promoted to berserker and Ewan can be promoted to sage and then use control enemy glitch to teach him dark magic.

Anyone can solo Formortiis, he's so damn easy. Unlike the Fire Dragon, he DOESN'T negate defences, DOESN'T kill everyone in one/two hits, DOESN'T always uses his 1-3 weapon (since he has Ravager, a 1 range weapon...), has crap bases (the stat bonus from his weapons don't NEARLY make up for his weakness), and every single Sacred Twin and Bishop slay the guy in only a few hits.

Lyon was harder than this guy.

leme take some time to explain. you know how weapons have weight? well if your characters con is lower than the weight, your speed and skill will be dropped. if your con is higher you can carry heavier weapons w/o losing speed/skill. hope tht helped

stick to pally, sadly amelia has some of the best growths in the game, super trainee fits her growths perfectly, but 6 con and using lances does not mix, at general shes losing valuable speed she could have and she might not even max defense, paladin is best, i just wish she had a better class like halberdier but with at least SOME con

Costitution. Let's say that a weapon has a weight of 10 Wt. The users constitution is below 10, so he/ she get's a speed penalty. If the user's con it 10 or above, nothing happens.

You have to complete the game once with Erika, and once with Ephraim. Then on the 3rd playthrough, you have the option of promoting Ross, Amelia and Ewan to Super Trainee class.

I would make Ross and Garcia into Warriors, because i used to make ross into a berserker but it wasnt working for me and Garcia had a slightly lower crit chance than ross as a warrior so i made them both warriors and they rape, i ususally made Amelia a general because great knights are lame and Ewan a druid because hes like the only person who can choose to be a dark magic person, but u could use the dark magic glitch on him :)

I always was a bastard and made Ewan a Necromancer, or Summoner? I forgot. I would use Summon to attack the Bosses untill the boss ran outa weapons. I loved that guy :D I also always wondered what would happen if I kept making them Recruits again. I guess now I know.
