There are free, downloadable programs that feature nature sounds. I have one called 'Atmosphere Lite 5.0' by Vectormedia that's pretty cool. Also, if you want to really sleep deep pop in a Mozart CD. The Violin Concertos. Trust me.
@drakenman3 Hello drakenman3, Thank you for writing to offer your tip about making these files into MP4 format. I actually create copies of all of my videos in MP4 format for the purpose of archival records. This format is indeed so convenient. Thank you again for writing. Have a great day! ~Kurt :-)
@ericbiscat Thank you for your nice words and encouragement to make more videos like this. I will certainly do so as I really like capturing this type of experience to share with others. I'm not too technical though very curious. Could you please explain more about the benefits of recording in mp3. My new camera records in mp4. Is this ok or is there a better reason to use mp3? I'd love to know. Thanks again for watching! ~Kurt :-)
@softypapa well, mp3 it's a sound format. I suggest you to record that sounds in sound format and you could upload to youtube or a similar website. But this videos are so good. So you should continue filming.
@ericbiscat Thank you for the clarification.I like your suggestion. I just checked and it seems that my camera has an audio-only setting which records in MP4 format. I wonder if this is similar to MP3? Your suggestion is fantastic and I will definitely keep it in mind and consider how I might expand my range of collecting impressions from the wild places. Thanks again. Have a great day! ~Kurt :-)
@domjolly94 Thank you for watching and for your nice comments. It really means a lot to me to learn that others might enjoy these simple videos and encourages me to get out and make more. Thanks again! Have a great day. ~Kurt :-)
Hello toukab, Thanks for your kind words. I remember how I was struck by these water sounds while strolling along the fields. I'm glad that you could come walk with me via the virtual connection of YouTube. -Kurt :-)
I don't know what got into me but I went very emotional from the very start, I just couldn't help getting this feeling while listening to the water sounds... amazing!
I'm happy to hear that you liked this video. I felt the same way every time I pass through these fields during the summer growing season. The farmers just took in the harvest last week and the fields are now fallow and pleasant with the sounds of crickets. -Kurt :-)
Hi Peekingduck, I did not do anything special to produce the sun beams. I guess that it was just the way the light hit the camera lens. I probably could not reproduce it if I tried. Sorry I can't offer any tips on this. -Kurt :-)
this is amazing, thank you so much! do you have any video about the sounds of the city?

jairus1230 2 years ago
thats so cool, I assume the red/pink netting over the rice fields is to keep the birds off, correct?
Glob4L79ath 2 years ago
Yes, the nets are indeed to protect the fields from birds. :-)

Do your cities look better than the majority of the US cities?
Seeing these videos makes me want to go to japan and live in the wilderness...
Nights85 2 years ago 3
Major cities in Japan such as Tokyo and Osaka are typically much more cleaner than New York and the subways are much better.
