@junno111 yes do two things a day to help someone ,hold a door, say thank you, buy a stranger in line a coffee and do not ask for a thanks , wave and smile to someone, and do anything helpful. You do not have to set the world on fire with several acts of simple mannors or kindness a day but such small steps can change a world.
