Great catch! Back in 1997, I received a nice QSL directly from the chief engineer at the (then new) Sao Tomé site for a shortwave reception report.

I dont know if VoA still sends QSL cards to reception reports.
You have to try Radio Sawa on 1170 , 1431 and 1548 Khz (Gold on that same FX could be a problem).
Or even TWR Benin on 1566 Khz.
Sometimes American MW Dxing is not all the fun.

VoA still send out QSL cards, trying to get one from them is a bit tricky :)
