There is an upload on my channel of an over two hour video of the wtc attacks, that was not released for nearly a decade. It is the most complete account in real time that has ever surfaced. If you give yourself over to merely listening to it, in its entirety.. you will have more of an understanding about that day; from another perspective, than you have gained from anything you have ever looked, and listened to about 9/11. I really DON'T GET IT, the people in the south tower had full 18 minutes to evacuate the building, why didn't they?. I mean, the fact that there's a huge fire going on in the building right next to yours isn't enough reason to evacuate? In any other country, developed or underdeveloped the south tower would have been cleared and empty by the time the second plane hit. Something is very wrong with these people, seriously.
@mcmlxvi The Port Authority broadcast a message throughout Tower 2 to "return to offices" as they needed room on the place to evacuate Tower 1. Many people did just that sadly. in the first 18 mins no-one knew it was a terrorist attack. Some *did* escape. I agree, in retrospect, that T2 should have had full evac. But that's hindsight.
@rhubarbcat hindsight? Yes, in 1871 maybe but not in 2001. To evacuate the surroundings of a building on fire is standard protocol since the 20's. It makes no difference that no one knew it was a terrorist attack, whoever ordered the people in T2 to go back to their offices, should have been prosecuted for criminal neglect and multiple manslaughter. 637 people died in T2 because of poor judgement. That's not hindsight, it's outrageous, that's what it is.
@mcmlxvi Didn't they have a "defend in place" strategy for the WTC? i.e. only fire floors + 5 above and beneath evacuated? Everyone else stays? The 3 stairwells were not designed for all to leave.
@rhubarbcat Well, in 1993 they didn't know it was a bomb and yet, between 30 and 40 thousand people were evacuated, not only from both towers but from the whole complex. In any event, I understand what you say as to "why" T2 was not evacuated, even if it makes sense, I still believe an investigation should have been conducted and the people responsible should have been prosecuted. The point is that the issue has been buried and today no one cares to raise questions about it.
@mcmlxvi But in 1993 it took hours and hours to evacuate T2...the bomb underneath T2/Marriott had not brought the building down....I've heard 12 hours for some to be finally brought out. No such time in 2001....there was no plaza/T1/street damage like 9/11... so diff circumstances completely. Agree that strategy was wrong for the event.
@rhubarbcat 1993 it took hours to evacuate because there were over 50 thousand only in the towers. On 911, it was before 9:00 am, there were less than 900 people inside the building. What's most outrageous is that people that got to the lobby were told to go back UP to their offices, not to stay inside, not to stay in the lobby, but to go back up. Again, my point is that criminal charges should have been filed against the PA.
@mcmlxvi to be fair, the PA was only following protocol and no one within the towers knew exactly what was going on. I'm not by any means condoning that... personally I'd have left as soon as I knew that T1 had a huge burning hole in it simply for the fact that if I was in a 2 story house and the house 2 down from mine was on fire, I'd get out ASAP.... this was much much worse. And again, to be fair, they were only told it was safe to be at their desks...not that they HAD to go back.

The fact that the exposure and prosecution of the incompetence at the higher levels, may have tainted the glory of the heroism displayed that day, is always a thesis to consider but to use it as a valid reason for a shameless cover up is nothing but disgraceful and beneath the dignity of a truly Justice System. The families of the victims deserved better.
@mcmlxvi they had 20,000 people in each tower..for T2 the plaza (north), Liberty St (south) and West S Highway (west) were already being hit by debris/fire...surface evac was compromised from start.

Other videos describe the damage on building 7 and how it had a big gash cut deep into it along it's height. At 1:32:32 when the tower starts to fall you can see building 7 to the left with the penthouse, not the first narrow building but next one to the left. As it goes down the rubble and cloud expands and about 1:32:45 a big part of inner core can be seen coming out of that rubble cloud tipping out in a big arc and fully connecting with building 7. Little wonder why it had so much damage.

She was in the lobby when an elevator came crashing down and exploded, burning her and other people. Ron rushed to her aid to help her. At 1:22:55, I cannot believe what the woman in the helicopter filming the North Tower said. How can someone say "It's also very likely that Tower 1 will collapse "hopefully" before we land". I really DON'T GET IT, the people in the south tower had full 18 minutes to evacuate the building, why didn't they?. I mean, the fact that there's a huge fire going on in the building right next to yours isn't enough reason to evacuate? In any other country, developed or underdeveloped the south tower would have been cleared and empty by the time the second plane hit. Something is very wrong with these people, seriously.

@mcmlxvi The Port Authority broadcast a message throughout Tower 2 to "return to offices" as they needed room on the place to evacuate Tower 1. Many people did just that sadly. in the first 18 mins no-one knew it was a terrorist attack. Some *did* escape. I agree, in retrospect, that T2 should have had full evac. But that's hindsight.

@rhubarbcat hindsight? Yes, in 1871 maybe but not in 2001. To evacuate the surroundings of a building on fire is standard protocol since the 20's. It makes no difference that no one knew it was a terrorist attack, whoever ordered the people in T2 to go back to their offices, should have been prosecuted for criminal neglect and multiple manslaughter. 637 people died in T2 because of poor judgement. That's not hindsight, it's outrageous, that's what it is.

@rhubarbcat Well, in 1993 they didn't know it was a bomb and yet, between 30 and 40 thousand people were evacuated, not only from both towers but from the whole complex. In any event, I understand what you say as to "why" T2 was not evacuated, even if it makes sense, I still believe an investigation should have been conducted and the people responsible should have been prosecuted. The point is that the issue has been buried and today no one cares to raise questions about it.

No such time in 2001....there was no plaza/T1/street damage like 9/11... so diff circumstances completely. Agree that strategy was wrong for the event.

@rhubarbcat 1993 it took hours to evacuate because there were over 50 thousand only in the towers. On 911, it was before 9:00 am, there were less than 900 people inside the building. What's most outrageous is that people that got to the lobby were told to go back UP to their offices, not to stay inside, not to stay in the lobby, but to go back up. Again, my point is that criminal charges should have been filed against the PA.

@mcmlxvi to be fair, the PA was only following protocol and no one within the towers knew exactly what was going on. I'm not by any means condoning that... personally I'd have left as soon as I knew that T1 had a huge burning hole in it simply for the fact that if I was in a 2 story house and the house 2 down from mine was on fire, I'd get out ASAP.... this was much much worse. And again, to be fair, they were only told it was safe to be at their desks...not that they HAD to go back.

The fact that the exposure and prosecution of the incompetence at the higher levels, may have tainted the glory of the heroism displayed that day, is always a thesis to consider but to use it as a valid reason for a shameless cover up is nothing but disgraceful and beneath the dignity of a truly Justice System. The families of the victims deserved better.

2) if u say u see collums buckling 18 mins after impact why didnt that part of the buiding collapse ? why was it strong enough to stay standing after "collapsing collums" but not a hourr later ?

Other videos describe the damage on building 7 and how it had a big gash cut deep into it along it's height. At 1:32:32 when the tower starts to fall you can see building 7 to the left with the penthouse, not the first narrow building but next one to the left. As it goes down the rubble and cloud expands and about 1:32:45 a big part of inner core can be seen coming out of that rubble cloud tipping out in a big arc and fully connecting with building 7. Little wonder why it had so much damage.

At #t=46m15s You can see a man, who was later featured in a documentary called "9/11 Hotel" His name is Ron Clifford and the woman you see on the stretcher is Jennie Ann Maffeo. She was in the lobby when an elevator came crashing down and exploded, burning her and other people. Ron rushed to her aid to help her.
