hello my mother and myself were looking at this together and decided to make it. This has to be some of the best breed that i have ever eaten, thank you very much for sharing your reipe with us, love you so much thank you.
@majawow I found this info on the net about it "For each cup of buttermilk, put one tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice in your cup, then fill with milk. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken some. This is a decent substitute, but real buttermilk is better" Let me know..
A couple of things--first, was that temp in F or C? 200 degrees sounds rather low for F. Same with the grams and liters, it would be great to know equivalents. Also, I cannot believe how tidy you are in the kitchen! When I bake there's all kind of stuff spilled, LOL
When I was young, the thin metal foil was called "zilverpapier" by the people in Holland. " Zilver" because of the silvery appearance and "papier" because you can fold it like paper.
In the beginning it was made of tin and was sometimes called "Staniol" because of the latin name Stannum, which means tin.
In later times, the cheaper aluminum became availabe. And this is the metal we use nowadays.
Esther, thanks for sharing your receipe on making healthy, delicious homemade bread. You are tall and lean with a healthy appearance. I am sure that your yoga is but one part of a healthy lifestyle.
Thank you for this! It looks like a very easy recipe and I want to try it out :) The only thing is, maybe next time you could add how the bread looks on the inside? After it's cooled and sliced. I'm wondering what the texture is like :)
Looks wonderful Esther. I love using wholegrain spelt flour, one of my favourite recipes is for pancakes, yum!! Recipe videos are a really nice change too, thank you :)
I never make bread because yeast scares me but this looks like a really awesome easy recipe! I'm definately going to try it and i'm sending the link for this video to my mum now :)
I've never made homemade bread. Mainly because it seemed like a lot of work - but this recipe looks so easy! Whenever I cook something that calls for flour, I use spelt flour. Spelt crackers are a favorite of mine as well.
great job! love all your kitchen videos, in addition to your truly wonderful asanas videos. and just an aside, your hair looks gorgeous here! thanks for all you do.
Spelt bread is really great! There's a bakery near me that makes some weekly, and that's where I get mine, but I really would recommend anyone who hasn't had spelt to try this. :)
I like to see more of this. With yoga comes a healthy lifestyle. And I think a lot of people are interested in knowing how to prepare healthy, organic foods.

Is there such a thing as Tin foil? :) I use that term sometimes as well. I was anticipating how you were going to say Aluminum. :( ;-)
