Excellent: in his clothing (and clothing is meaningless) he shows that sex is perfectly alterable and the soul is much deeper. Thank you. This is one of the few examples of sense on YouTube or T.V.!!! :-)
Hypnotists,, psychics, white witches, wikka, mediums, ghosts. They say "all of us have psychic or healing ability."You are a God". They say they have a "gift" from God. They might even help people in confusing ways, but they do not lead people to Christ! The way to discern them: They do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ. They might say "he was a prophet" or "He thought he was the son of God." They roll their eyes if you speak of Jesus or try to witness to them. RUN FROM THEM.
So, according to Genesis P-Orridge, a man with breast implants has all his dreams come true. If you're prepared to swallow that bullshit, you'll swallow anything. Mutilating one's body to confuse your gender appearance has nothing to do with "evolving", and everything to do with mental dysfunction and clinical self-loathing.
@garethac81 That's insulting. Being transgender - or having an undefined or intermediate gender identity - has everything to do with one's brain being mismatched to one's body and very little to do with one's character. Mental illness is a problem among those affected by these types of gender issues, but the 'clinical self-loathing' and 'mental dysfunction' are pejorative and inaccurate terms to describe it. The fact that Genesis is so upfront about it should be something to be celebrated.
The desire to mutilate one's body to attain a superficial (and often grotesque) quasi-resemblance to the opposite gender is a symptom of mental instability - period. Healthy, emotionally balanced people do not loathe their natural bodies. The very phrase "transgender" is blatantly disingenuous: it is literally impossible for a man to become a woman, or vice versa, and it is absurd to call genital mutilation and hormone treatments "gender reassignment". These people need therapy, not surgery.
@garethac81 I don't really understand transgenders, if I was exactly the same person I am now but in a woman's body I think I would just be a tomboyish lesbian and get on with my life, but I think to spend any energy getting worked up about what others do with their bodies when it makes no difference to your self is a 'symptom of mental instability', get a life, there are real problems in the world to think about.
If you think self-loathing so intense it leads people to mutilate their bodies beyond recognition is "not a real problem", I'd love to hear what IS. Frankly, your dismissive attitude to a serious, widespread mental dysfunction is pretty offensive. "Transgender" people deserve the concern and the help of a society which too often looks the other way. You seem to think they're not worth caring about - I disagree.
@garethac81 i think you are partially right but mostly wrong as well why treat transgenders as mentally dysfunctional people. Just see them as people don't, pity or think of them, or what they do as a problem just see them as people that live on a different brain wave than you or i. Stop treating it like a disease and just a difference of subconsciousness and cognitive processing.
If transgender people are "just different", what about self-harmers? The parallel between the two is obvious - both mutilate their bodies as a result of deep rooted psychological issues. Should we accept people addicted to slashing their wrists as mentally healthy as well? Or, as I suggested, should we be looking at the psychological triggers that cause intentional mutilation, instead of facilitating physical disfigurement by letting people cut themselves...or paying a surgeon to do it for them?
@garethac81 That's actually a pretty bad analogy. While there are a lot of people who have no proof or diagnosis of their brain's gender identity differing from their physical gender, your conclusion of supporting those who "mutilate" their bodies in terms of physical pain does not follow. One "mutilates" for the pain and/or feelings, the other has surgery or hormone therapy for their body and/or self image. Comparing "self-harmers" to transgenderism is a red herring, or arguments just to argue.
Both "transgender" people and self-harmers multilate their bodies...the motivation is different, but the result is much the same. Paying a doctor to chop off your penis, stuff it up your crotch than mangle it into the appearance of a vagina is no less harmful to the body than cutting one's arm with a razor...and yet while self-harm is seen as a symptom of mental illness, gender "reassignment" is seen as a process to achieve mental WELLNESS! What an absurd contradiction that is.
@garethac81 From what I've read the penis is not actually removed, just heavily altered. Not every transgendered individual "chops off their penis" as you've put it, there are those born female who wish to be recognized as male, some have breast reduction surgery, which is not as harmful as just wounding oneself without real medical aid. You completely miss the point why transgendered individuals even have surgery or take hormones in the first place. You also put the word transgender in quotes?
I put "transgender" in quotation marks because the phrase is a misnomer. It is impossible for human beings to change their gender. They can mutilate their bodies and take drugs to superficially resemble the opposite sex, but men cannot BECOME women, nor vice versa. And yet, as a society, we indulge the fantasy that people can gender swap, when we should be recognising that hating yourself for being a man/woman is a mental problem...and a mental problem requires therapy, not surgery.
@garethac81 It is impossible(legally, mind you) in most of the world to get the surgery without having therapy. "Transgender" is a general word, maybe the medical word transsexual would make more sense? The word transsexual, unlike the word transgender, has a precise medical definition. Transsexualism was found to be legitimate by Dr. Harry Benjamin. Dr. Benjamin worked with Alfred Kinsey and found out that transsexualism is real and can be diagnosed. Surgery is not always needed to help.
Einstein once said when asked how we could change humans to help them get along that when you take some swamp water and place it under a microscope "What happens?" he said you can see them all fighting against each other and if that cannot be eradicated how can one expect such outcomes in humans whom are a good deal more complex, Howard Bloom has said so much in his book "Lucifer Principle".
Come to think about it... In the future, the trendy Avantgarde will look upon GPBO´s "transformation" as rather conservative an timid. Future dadaist will try to merge with pigs and so on. Like GPBO having DARED to change his nose to - what we in Sweden call a :GRISTRYNE.

I hear what He/She is saying. But what we are starting to find is that our nature is really a perversion of another nature. That the human body was never desined to die at all. Perverting things further is not going to help us thow it may seem. We must discover our transgression, make it right. Them move on from there.
It is so refreshing to hear such sound and exciting ideas. He is a revolutionary that preaches about INTENTION. He is not saying that everyone has to have cosmetic surgery. interesting comments from P-Orridge but I take exception to his/her idea the human body is not sacred. If we do not respect the rights of others, particularly infants and children to body integrity, sexual surgeries, circumcision, sex reassignments carried out on children violate human rights.
intactivist1, I took a peek at your channel and saw that violating childrens' rights is a concern of yours, however, I think Genesis is addressing an audience of adults and spoke to them in that context. Having said this, I am an aquaintance of his daughter and she has told me horror stories of growing up in the rockstar P-Orridge household. Maybe he is on a journey to discover what he left out of parenthood by exploring his maternal side.
Thanks for your interesting comments, particularly mentioning his daughter's horror stories. Understanding how child abuse is passed on to the next generation would tend to confirm the likelihood of this. Your suggestion that exploring a maternal side might reveal what was left out of parenthood is I think, generous. Until the parent accepts and acknowledges the harm done to themselves as children they cannot be a good father or mother.
I agree with your concern for the fact that people's rights might be violated. Having been raped myself, I know from my experience that some people (rapers) know no boundary but I agree with Genesis too. I don't think we should take that statement as a strong statement. I think change is good and people should truly know themselves and change things and innovate continuously. (cont.)
(cont.) We shouldn't accept any facts as given, but stop and think 'Why is is truly this way?' And if we don't agree with something... change is the only way to move forward.

interesting comments from P-Orridge but I take exception to his/her idea the human body is not sacred.
