3) The Supreme Court most likely would have allowed his case to be challenged if it would have reached to the Supreme Court for whatever the judicial judgement or the outcome after the hearing would have taken place. But he got murdered whilst he was trying or sorting out to further his case to the highest court in the country, The Supreme Court.

4) In the given circumstances most probably Yusuf Ali could have been granted a hearing at the Supreme Court after the High Courts ruling which found Yusuf Ali guilty of the crime. However, whatever the crime, was a matter of further investigation before the last wordings on the conclusion.

5) If reached the case was to the Supreme Court then once all sides were heard with their respective points and avidness For or Against, the judgment followed after hearing would have been Full and Final & Binding for all parties once and for all. Only at that point, things would have been more open and clearer to know better about Yusuf Ali and about the case against him and who else was involved.
