Thanks guys! 99% of the compositing was done in a (unfortunately) now discontinued program, Autodesk Combustion. It was a direct competitor to Adobe After Effects, and I'm sure similar results can be had with each.
The other 1% was Photoshop for random clips and Softimage (now Autodesk) XSI for the 3d spinning logo.
