Obviously you can get faster cars for a cheaper price but at the end of the day the only people that buy this car wouldn't care about the price, they would only buy it because it's an extremely advanced piece of automotive engineering and because of its exclusivity. Also, the LFA has faster lap times at the Nürburgring than all of those cars you listed

@rwian they don't break even because they fucked up the first prototype and had to start all over again from scratch. Otherwise they'd be making a lot of money. Ya and the Radical SR3 is even faster than the LFA for 1/8th the price, what a bargain! LOL. Nurburgring is always a shitty argument, its not the measurement of international performance . At the end of the day you still have a Lexus, just like millions of 55-75 year olds.

Everyone brings up Nürburgring times because of its difficulty. It has variable surfaces, rapidly changing weather etc. It's the perfect track for testing cars.

Also, at the end of they day, a LFA owner would have a 500k supercar that is 65% carbon fiber and faster than ANY production Ferrari or Lambo on track.

@Herps85 I work for a lexus dealership...I was talking to a salesman who just sold one to a millionaire in Houston...he said that you need to put down about 50k for a lexus rep to come speak to you and show you the car to see if they even select you to be a potential LFA driver. Then u put down another 40k so they can start building it for you. You invest about 200k before driving the car. Not only that but thats jst a 2 year lease, you still gotta pay 95k just so you can keep it after the lease

Also GT-R base model cost in USA about 80,000 $ and in Europe almost 100,000 $. So compared to that, the LFA is not so outlandish. Learn some facts before you fucking speak moron.

Like I said, if you remove a Lexus bumper or door, you'll see the manufacturer sticker and that is Toyota, if you remove an Acura bumper, you'll see a Honda sticker, same as Inifinity. Also, Audi and VW parts shares the same materials.
